We collect as little as possible, use it only to help you, and never sell it. Here is exactly what that means.

This policy explains how ElintMinds, a company registered in India, handles personal information. We decide why and how your information is used, which makes us the data fiduciary under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and the organization responsible for it under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
We collect only the information you choose to give us. When you submit our contact or quote form, that includes your name, email address, and any details you provide about your project. If you provide a phone number or company name, we keep those too.
Our website may use privacy-respecting analytics that record aggregate page views, referring sites, and approximate location by country. This data is not tied to you personally and does not use cookies to track you across other websites.
We use the information you share to:
By submitting a form, you agree to us using your details for the purposes listed above, and for nothing else. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us. Withdrawing does not affect anything we did before you asked, but it may mean we can no longer respond to your enquiry or continue the work.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not add you to a marketing list without your consent. We do not share your information with third parties except the service providers described below, or when required by law.
Form submissions are delivered to us by an email delivery provider, and our website is hosted by a cloud hosting provider. These providers process data on our behalf and are bound by their own privacy commitments. They may store and process data outside India and Canada, including in the United States, where it may be accessible to authorities under local law.
Enquiries we do not pursue are deleted within twelve months. Records related to work we deliver are kept for as long as needed to support that work and to meet accounting and legal obligations, then deleted.
Wherever you live, you can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you and how we use it, to correct or update it, or to delete it. Email us and we will respond within thirty days.
If you are in India, you can also nominate another person to exercise these rights for you if you die or become unable to act. If we do not resolve your complaint, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.
If you are in Canada, you can also complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
For any question or complaint about your personal information, email hello@elintminds.com. A member of our team responsible for privacy will reply.
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under eighteen. If you believe a child has sent us their details, email us and we will delete them.
Our website is served over HTTPS, form submissions are validated and protected against automated abuse, and access to enquiry data is limited to the people who need it to respond to you. If a breach affects your information, we will tell you and the relevant authorities as the law requires.
If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and the date above. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
